New Edition, Keith Sweat & Guy Will Show Off Their “Legacy” On A 2023 Tour

New Edition: The Legacy Tour with Keith Sweat, Guy, and special guest Tank

For YEARS, NE4Lifers have been begging New Edition to get back together and give the World what we’ve been needing. I guess it just took the right people to step in and help out with this wish, because now within two years our friends over at Black Promoters Collective will have brought us not one, but TWO different New Edition concert tours.

Earlier this year all six members (Ronnie, Bobby, Ricky, Mike, Ralph, and Johnny) mounted the sold out “The Culture” Tour, doing what some naysayers didn’t think was possible, but proved to be a full on experience and surpassed all expectations. To keep the momentum going into the new year, it’s been announced that a new tour, billed as “The Legacy” Tour will continue to keep their names in the public’s mouth.

Kicking off March 9 in Columbia, SC, the tour will burn up the road as it visits other cities such as Hampton, Baltimore, Chicago, Houston, Charlotte, Newark, and Las Vegas before the fellas take their final bow in Tampa on April 30.

Since we’re talking about legacies of R&B music, it’s only fitting that some of NE’s 80’s contemporaries that made some amazing music at the same time join them on the stage. Also included on the lineup will be a New Jack Swing (my favorite style of music) reunion with Keith Sweat and the original members of Guy (Teddy RileyAaron Hall, and Damion Hall) and Tank.

Before offering to the general public, “Legacy Tour” tickets go on presale to American Express® Card Members beginning Wednesday, December 1at 10 am local time through Thursday, December 15 at 11:59 pm local time. Tickets will be available to the general public on Friday, December 16 at 10 am local and range from $59.50 to $179.50. Tickets can be purchased here.
