New Edition Is Doing It “For The Culture” With New 2022 Tour Announcement

So THIS is an announcement that so many people have been waiting for!
After a few years of complicated situations, fans of the iconic group New Edition have been BEGGING for the group to set their differences aside and to reunite to make everything right in the world. During their surprise performance at this year’s American Music Awards, all six members (Ronnie, Bobby, Ricky, Mike, Ralph, and Johnny) appeared on stage for a medley of some of their biggest hits, reigniting the fanfare that has been building high.
Following that performance, concert promoters that are a part of the Black Promoters Collective had been hinting at a possible upcoming tour via their social media pages, and now the cat has been let out of the bag. All six member of NE will be going out on the road in 2022 for what’s being billed as “The Culture” Tour. Kicking off right after Valentine’s Day on February 16 in Columbus, GA, the tour is going to warm the spring up as it visits other cities such as Philadelphia, Baltimore, St. Louis, Houston, Charlotte, New York, and Las Vegas before the fellas take their final bow in Miami on April 10.
To further up the ante of this tour, and selling the “doing it for the culture” aspect, another staple group in R&B music will be joining the lineup. The “bad boys” of 90’s R&B music Jodeci will also take the stage, along with Charlie Wilson…so we can guarantee that this will be a non-stop party.
Presale begins this Thursday, December 16th at 10am. Please use code BPC. General on sale for the tour is this Friday at 10AM. For more information visit BPCTickets.com. ⠀
