Trillectro Music Festival Lineup 2018 Announcement Includes Sza, 2 Chainz, RL Grime & More
The annual Trillectro Music Festival is back with a vengeance (after taking a brief hiatus last year) for yet another year of “turnt” musical bliss.
Taking place on September 22nd at Merriweather Post Pavilion in Columbia, MD, the show is stacked with equal parts hip-hop and R&B. Grammy nominated artist Sza, along with 2 Chainz and RL Grime will take top billing on the day long concert. Young Thug, Playboi Carti, Smokepurpp, Rico Nasty, and Maxo Kream, are among the “who you should know” rap artists with slots on the bill, while the R&B collective The Internet will also bring their good energy to the festival.
What keeps Trillectro a little different than most other festivals is its’ tendency to place local acts right in the mix of everything. The DMV’s own Chicken & Mambo Sauce, Good Intent and Beau Young Prince can be found on the lineup for the special homegrown flavor.
