We swear, she’s still way too young to be in the game to be calling a farewell tour, but you’ve got to know when it’s time gracefully bow out. Teyana Taylor, who we’d like to say is one of this generations most dynamic performers, has made the announcement that she’s hanging up her performance shoes. If you follow the serial entrepreneur, you would know that she technically announced her retirement from music last year in 2020.
What’s billed as “The Last Rose Petal Tour“, will be 12 city jaunt that kicks off in San Francisco on November 7 and is so far slated to hit major market cities, with stops in Dallas, Detroit, Chicago, New York and more, before wrapping up in Atlanta. Don’t fret though, if you don’t see your local city listed, Tey mentioned that more dates will be added.
Via an Instagram post, she was quoted with saying “How lucky am I to have something that makes saying goodbye so hard…. However for every goodbye God makes the next hello closer. Come out and watch me, leave it all out on the stage… One last time… Just for you & as my last rose petal falls, I say farewell….🥀”
