Ro James & BJ The Chicago Kid Bring R & B To A City Near You

The boys are back in town!

For many years it was a sad sentiment to have to say that R&B music was dead, and for the most part, it kinda was, BUT with all good things, they make a resurgence. Over the past year or so, the R&B “gods” have been pushing full steam ahead to make this movement as impactful as it once was, which brings us here.

Two of the genre’s “young boys” have teamed recently for a collaboration on a classic gem, but now one upped that effort and are taking their talents on the road. Ro James and BJ The Chicago Kid recently did a cover to Jodeci’s hit Come And Talk To Me (which sounds pretty good actually). This move sparked the announcement of the “R & B Tour“, being a play on the first initials of their first names.

The tour, which starts May 15th in Atlanta, GA was originally planned to be a “pop up” tour, but a more concrete schedule of dates have emerged. They’ll be hitting most of the major markets where there’s still a big fanbase for R&B music. Check the tour dates to see if they will be coming to your city. We want to know, are you going?
